Our chef

With a number of notable names under his belt, such as Chelsea Harbour Club, The Wolesley and Park Lane Hotel, Turie Café is Morgan’s first solo project; and it builds on his over 25 years of experience.

Turie, which means let’s eat in Kikuyu reflects his philosophy that good-quality, locally-sourced food needn’t break the bank.

Alongside Turie, Morgan runs a catering service, where he puts his creative flair to good use by developing unique menus for every special occasion.
